Responsible for helping the VP of Finance facilitate and monitor all budgetary transactions that the organization incurs throughout the year. Also communicates with the administration to make sure AMA follows all rules and regulations in place for spending budgets.



  • Create and manage AMA’s annual budget

  • Record all transactions within the AMA master file

  • Communicate with the administration about transaction rules

  • Submit requests for event supplies to appropriate department
